SuperSkag provides AI-powered keyword research services. We analyze your business information and generate targeted keywords using artificial intelligence, website analysis, and keyword APIs. The service includes both free learning phases and paid comprehensive keyword generation.

2. Pricing and Payments

Our service includes a free learning phase where you can approve/reject keywords to train our AI. Final keyword list generation costs $9.97 USD, processed securely through Stripe.

All payments are one-time fees with no recurring subscriptions. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if our service fails to deliver promised results.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information for keyword research
Use our service for legitimate business purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
Not submit spam, malicious content, or inappropriate business descriptions
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information and data. We retain ownership of our algorithms, software, and methodology. Generated keywords are provided for your business use, but our analysis methods remain proprietary.

5. Disclaimers

Our keyword research is based on available data and AI analysis. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or business results from using our keywords. Keyword performance depends on many factors beyond our control.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for business decisions made based on our keyword research.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services ($9.97 USD). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our service.
